Karen and I had Moul's build our home in 2002 on the golf course in Ogallala, NE.  We started with a plan house from a book and made a number of changes to the pla to suit our needs.  The changes in the house design from the start and throughout the project were no problem to work out with Moul's.  Their response was always, "We can do that!" and they did!  Major decisions of heating system and basement construction were resolved to our satisfaction with their advice and counsel.
Since the house was on an odd shaped lot, the placement of the house was an issue that took some time to resolve.  During this process, Moul's were very patient and helpful. During construction they were available to discuss any issues in the construction, and several modifications were orally agreed to on site without any further formalities.  All the time we were aware of what decisions needed to be made and when.
Moul's construction people were a joy to be around and were very helpful taking time to let us know what was happening.  They cleaned up the construction trash in the house every day showing, pride in their work and respect for the property.  We had a problem with one of the subcontractors and had to change the subcontractor in the middle of the project.  Difficult as it was we were able to accomplish this change in an acceptable way.
We enjoyed working with Moul's in the building of our home and highly recommend them for home projects where you would like the best quality construction.  We have been thoroughly pleased with the home over the past six years.
